F\u00f6rra veckan jobbade vi med tagen bakdel p\u00e5 volten, vilket inneb\u00e4r att man i princip rider sluta l\u00e4ngs voltsp\u00e5ret. Om man rider sluta l\u00e4ngs l\u00e5ngsidan i t.ex. v\u00e4nster varv har man h\u00e4sten st\u00e4lld och b\u00f6jd \u00e5t v\u00e4nster och bakdelen innanf\u00f6r. I en f\u00f6rv\u00e4nd sluta rider du h\u00e4sten st\u00e4lld och b\u00f6jd \u00e5t h\u00f6ger och med bakdelen kvar p\u00e5 sp\u00e5ret (i v\u00e4nster varv).<\/p>\n<p>Vi kommer att rida kvar p\u00e5 volten, vilket allts\u00e5 inneb\u00e4r att du rider h\u00e4sten b\u00f6jd och st\u00e4lld &#8221;ut fr\u00e5n&#8221; volten, men fortfarande f\u00f6ljer du voltsp\u00e5ret. Det h\u00e4r \u00e4r gymnastiserande men ocks\u00e5 ett bra s\u00e4tt att f\u00e5 tag p\u00e5 inner bak. Om du i v\u00e4nster varv rider f\u00f6rv\u00e4nd, h\u00f6ger sluta, s\u00e5 f\u00e5r du &#8221;tag p\u00e5&#8221; v\u00e4nster bak. (Som d\u00e5 \u00e4r ytter bakben!) Om du\u00a0sedan st\u00e4ller om h\u00e4sten i nacken igen \u00e5t v\u00e4nster s\u00e5 har du en bra m\u00f6jlighet att aktivera v\u00e4nster (nu inner) bakben lite extra.
