S\u00e4tt ugnen p\u00e5 150 grader. Sm\u00f6ra och br\u00f6a en form, ca 20 cm. Sm\u00e4lt sm\u00f6r\u00a0och l\u00e5t svalna.<\/p>\n<p>2. Tv\u00e4tta och torka citronen, riv skalet och pressa ur saften. Vispa \u00e4gg och socker vitt och fluffigt. Tills\u00e4tt vaniljsocker, citronsaft och skal, vispa p\u00e5 l\u00e4gsta hastighet.<\/p>\n<p>3. Tills\u00e4tt sm\u00f6r och mj\u00f6l, vispa ihop och h\u00e4ll smeten i formen. Gr\u00e4dda mitt i ugnen i ca 30-40 minuter.<\/p>\n<p>4. Pudra florsocker \u00f6ver kakan n\u00e4r den har svalnat.
