En bra f\u00f6rberedelse kan ocks\u00e5 vara att g\u00f6ra sm\u00e5 volter tillbaka.<\/p>\n<p>Bakdelsv\u00e4ndningar \u00e4r <strong>samlande<\/strong>, d.v.s. det uppmuntrar h\u00e4sten att b\u00e4ra mer vikt p\u00e5 sina bakben.<br \/>\nI en bakdelsv\u00e4ndning \u00e4r h\u00e4sten st\u00e4lld och b\u00f6jd i r\u00f6relseriktningen.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>V\u00e4ndningens centreras runt det inre bakbenet. Ytter bakben kliver fram\u00e5t och frambenen g\u00e5r i en b\u00e5ge kring v\u00e4ndningspunkten genom steg \u00e5t sidan, yttre frambenet ska s\u00e4ttas framf\u00f6r det inre. Vanligast \u00e4r att man rider bakdelsv\u00e4ndningen ett halvt varv, s\u00e5 att man byter varv.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" tygeln.<\/li>\n<li><strong><em>Yttersk\u00e4nkeln<\/em><\/strong> \u00e4r n\u00e5got tillbakadragen och hindrar bakdelen att falla ut.<\/li>\n<li>B\u00e5da sk\u00e4nklarna\u00a0\u00e4r vid behov fram\u00e5tdrivande.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li><em><strong>Vikten<\/strong><\/em> ska vara v\u00e4l med i r\u00f6relseriktningen.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Vanligt fel \u00e4r att ryttaren \u00e5ker \u00f6ver p\u00e5 yttersidan i v\u00e4ndningen, vilket g\u00f6r det sv\u00e5rt eller om\u00f6jligt f\u00f6r h\u00e4sten att g\u00f6ra v\u00e4ndningen korrekt.<\/p>\n<p>Observera att innerhanden leder runt framdelen i v\u00e4ndningen. Jag tycker ofta att m\u00e5na ryttare &#8221;missbrukar&#8221; ledande tygeltag (ist\u00e4llet f\u00f6r att st\u00e4lla h\u00e4sten), men h\u00e4r beh\u00f6ver du ofta leda lite f\u00f6r att &#8221;komma runt&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tips<\/strong><br \/>\nDu som har kommit en bit med det samlande arbetet kan \u00f6va galoppfattning ur bakdelsv\u00e4ndning &#8211; det g\u00f6r att du f\u00e5r en bra samlande effekt i fattningen. Bakdelsv\u00e4ndningen \u00e4r ocks\u00e5 f\u00f6rberedande f\u00f6r galoppiruetter.
