I <a href=\"https:\/\/ryttarutbildning.se\/?p=20678\">f\u00f6rra \u00f6vningen<\/a> jobbade vi bland annat med tagen bakdel p\u00e5 volten, vilket inneb\u00e4r att man i princip rider sluta l\u00e4ngs voltsp\u00e5ret. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Om man rider sluta l\u00e4ngs l\u00e5ngsidan i t.ex. v\u00e4nster varv har man h\u00e4sten st\u00e4lld och b\u00f6jd \u00e5t v\u00e4nster och bakdelen innanf\u00f6r. En f\u00f6rv\u00e4nd sluta inneb\u00e4r att h\u00e4sten \u00e4r st\u00e4lld och b\u00f6jd \u00e5t h\u00f6ger och med bakdelen kvar p\u00e5 sp\u00e5ret (i v\u00e4nster varv).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I den h\u00e4r \u00f6vningen rider man f\u00f6rv\u00e4nd sluta p\u00e5 volten, vilket allts\u00e5 inneb\u00e4r att du rider h\u00e4sten b\u00f6jd och st\u00e4lld \u201dut fr\u00e5n\u201d volten, men fortfarande f\u00f6ljer du voltsp\u00e5ret. Det h\u00e4r \u00e4r gymnastiserande men ocks\u00e5 ett bra s\u00e4tt att f\u00e5 tag p\u00e5 inner bak. Om du i v\u00e4nster varv rider f\u00f6rv\u00e4nd, h\u00f6ger sluta, s\u00e5 f\u00e5r du \u201dtag p\u00e5\u201d v\u00e4nster bak. (Som d\u00e5 \u00e4r ytter bakben!) Om du&nbsp;sedan st\u00e4ller om h\u00e4sten i nacken igen \u00e5t v\u00e4nster s\u00e5 har du en bra m\u00f6jlighet att aktivera v\u00e4nster (nu inner) bakben lite extra.
